I just moved into these gorgeous apartments, and I could not be happier!! They are spacious, made well with great, new appliances, and the pool is beautiful! I’m basically living in a resort!! Also, Bailie and Ashley are the two NICEST apartment managers EVER!!! Best customer service here!! I have lived in many places (including brand new apartments in Naples, FL), and this is by far the best experience I have had with apartment living! Highly recommend!!

Ashleigh and Bailie are extremely helpful. I was moving from another country and they responded to every email. Communication was phenomenal! They are so professional and welcoming! The apartments are spacious and it’s really quiet here!

We moved into Azalea Bay Apartments about a month ago and it was such a great decision. The apartments are so nice and quiet at night! Bailie and Ashleigh were very helpful with the process and answered the million questions I had prior to moving!

Having lived across the country, I can say that Azalea Bay has been one of the best apartments I've resided in. The entire Azalea Bay staff, especially Bailie, were phenomenal. While in a rough situation, Bailie was able to help me get moved in quickly and assisted with any issues. If I could give Bailie, the staff and these Apartments a greater than 5 star rating I would. Also, they have the best pool I've seen in a while!

I toured a 1/1 with Bailie and I just wanted to say how amazing of a tour it was. She was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with ease. She was very helpful and really set the tone for the whole day of touring apartments! Azalea Bay is a wonderful place to live. The property manager, Bailie, is very kind and made the move all the way from California super smooth and easy on my husband and I. The maintenance team, especially Gregory, is awesome and can’t leave out the trash valet?! Would recommend to anyone moving to Gulf Breeze!

Let me start by saying these reviews are what brought my wife and I to Azalea bay. The apartments themselves would be worth the stay, they are secure, clean and located in a peaceful area away from the hustle of the city. To add to all of this, the staff is incredible. People who actually care about their work and providing a great community for their tenants.

The apartments are great. Very nice with good amenities. The community is fantastic with so many out and about exercising and hanging out outside. Staff is phenomenal. If you have an issue, which isn't often, the maintenance crew is on top of it right away. The office girls are friendly and always so helpful with answers to questions, helping you settle in, worked well for and made it easy for moving halfway across the country and setting up community gatherings. Best place I've ever lived!

I must say that we have been very pleased with this apartment complex. The ladies in the office are the nicest you will meet and go out of their way to make sure all of the residents are well taken care of. The apartments are well laid out, with quality fixtures and counters/cabinetry and the pool and grounds are always well maintained by the hardworking staff they have employed here. They really put a lot of thought into the development and running of the complex.

Love Azalea Bay! Loved the first time we walked into the office and were greeted by the sweetest, genuine and happy smiles from the office team and still love it 10 months later! We had looked at a few apartment communities and Azalea Bay was the first one that "felt like home." It is like a community here where the residents and staff are kind to return smiles and greetings when passing one another.

Azalea Bay Apartments rate five stars. Moving here two years ago was an excellent decision. The minute you enter, the office you are greeted with brilliant smiles, friendly attention in an efficient and professional manner Ashleigh, Bailie and Kaitlyn. Our maintenance team, Gregory and Brody are cheerful and very helpful With any problems. The groundskeepers constantly worked very hard to keep the property looking great. Five stars all around!!

We could not be happier. Maintenance (if ever needed) is prompt and knowledgeable, they actually follow through with routine upkeep! Grounds are very well maintained. Wonderful amenities, they bring in fun food trucks, and hold events for residents. Any questions have always been addressed promptly and with thorough thoughtful answers, nothing automated. By far the best option you will find in Gulf Breeze and the particular school zone ?? for those looking to relocate.

Love our apt home here at Azalea Bay! We have been here since August of 2022. When we moved in the back buildings were still under construction. Our apt home is very modern and comfortable. Love that we have a nice size balcony to sit on when the temps aren't sizzling. The amenities are fantastic. Office staff are very friendly and professional. The maintenance guys are great. Anything I've had to have done was done quickly. They are also professional and friendly.
